I used less than a roll for 2 trips. One lasting 11 days And the other 6 days. Came in very handy ! Have a great time in Disneyland. OR you stick pieces into your shoes in the trouble spots (permanent solution)?** A: I put directly on my foot and leg, I wear a brace,but I've read that some people place them in their shoes where they have trouble spots.
