The item came with all the Lego pieces which I was grateful for b/c I have had to exchange previous when purchased from someone else. The moveable parts are smooth and sturdy. Totally worth it. Though some of the Weasley kid's rooms are missing:/ and for some reason Lupin isn't included but Tonks is. But that is a Lego issue not the product itself.
