The price is right and it is a natural choice. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works for me but taurine needs a warning for angina sufferers *by O***1 on September 3, 2012* I have had problems sleeping and found that melatonin and L-Tryptophan don't work for me. They cause stomach upset. I knew that valarian has worked for me in the past so when I read about this product I decided to give it a try. I like Now Food products and the price was right however I didn't notice that taurine was one of the ingredients. I have angina which I control very well with fish oil - in my case with 4 packets daily of Coromega Omega3 Squeeze Packets, Orange, 120-Count Which I buy via super saver on Amazon. However, taurine constricts the blood vessels so unless I take Vitamin E and the Coromega when I take the True Calm I experience mild angina symptoms.So be aware and research taurine for yourself. The good news is that I sleep very well with this product and don't mind going the extra mile to make it work. I may not buy it again and may go with another Valerian product but have a whole bottle which could last me a long time as I don't take this more than once or at most twice a week.
