Hi friend, Homar no tie shoelace can also apply to oxford, converse, board shoes and so on.

Q: Do the child size ones fit a toddler size 8 converse sneaker?

These things gradually increase in size, so the smallest 2 might be good for shoes that small, but I really think the rest would be too big. These are mostly for the age when the shoes stop being Velcro and start being made with real laces - about kids size 12-13.

Q: Says how many pieces and 1 set, does that cover each a pair for both L & R?! Ad should say 2 sets for each size if the answer is yes

Description says 16pcs in 8 sizes, second picture shows the 8 different pieces for one foot. One set assumes you have two feet L&R.

Q: My daughter has a very high instep (top of foot). Will these be too tight?

I would consider my kids feet "normal" and they complained that the part that went through the shoe lace holes to keep them in place hurt their feet. We don't use them anymore and we even put the biggest ones in the shoes. My daughter wears size 4 kids. Used them for 2 days only. I would consider paying more and getting the original brand (can't remember name)
