I’ve been very happy with this Vitamin D3 with fish oil supplement. The softgels are easy to take, gentle on my stomach, and I like the convenience of getting both in one product. The quality seems excellent, and I appreciate that there’s no unpleasant aftertaste. It’s become an easy part of my daily routine, and I’ll definitely keep repurchasing.

Product is as advertised. Swanson is amazing. Great price reduction and super fast delivery ( 3 days early ). Product comes in glass bottles and they were bubble wrapped plus air balloons in a stout box. Swanson really cares about their customers. It's nice to find a company that you can depend on.

I might have gotten this at Whole Foods but they were out. Might have gotten the 50 count but this is all that was on Amazon. They promised it would get here in a little more then a week but it got here in a few days. That was nice. the 250 count is a lot so hopefully they will stay OK till they are finished.

I have many allergies and I am thrilled to find these Vitamin D's. They are great when taken with food and apparently there should be some type of fat type food when taking Vitamin D?? They don't upset my stomach and most importantly are made from fish oil.

This review applies to the 2,000 IU potency for my wife and 5,000 IU for myself. The capsules are a bit larger than those of our previous brand, which makes them easier to find when they roll off the table and fall to the floor. The capsules are packaged in a robust glass container; a pleasant surprise in these days of plastic. Altogether we're pleased with these products but for one issue that applies to both potencies. There is an aggressive adhesive of some kind on the rim and threads of the containers that makes it difficult for 82-year-old arthritic hands to open. I tried to scrub it off, but enough residue remains to perpetuate the problem. This will probably be reason enough for me to find a different brand at refill time.

Very good vitamin I use them every day

My vit D levels were extremely low and I was told to take supplements by my Doctor . Synthetic supplements were not raising my levels up . I switched to this natural fish oil and within 2 months my vit D level had reached normal .
