How much padding?** A: There is extra layering in the front. It's definitely worth it; it's the best sports bra I've ever had. It's best to just put your head through, then arms, then strap it in the back. **Q: Usually am 38ddd. any chance 40dd might fit? i always snap in front then turn bra around but cross strap a tangled mess, wont work. wonder why?** A: In my opinion this bra fits according to size, even a bit looser. So, I think that 40dd might be too large for you. The yellow is really bright, almost fluorescent, I love it. This bra is worth so much more than it costs! Also, the delivery came on time. Everything was impeccable.
