After seeing Dr Abby Philips studies ( whey availability, peptiside and heavy metals presences etc.) on whey proteins and the recommentation of One science and Ultimate nutrition, i planned to buy One science whey protein. I usually do minimum to moderate workout, and there was not much changes was there for my muscles. I thought its because of my workout. But after starting One science whey, i can see visible changes in my body. (I was using one popular brand whey protein previously, but when Dr Abby done studies on that, there is only 25% whey protein per serving. Company claims and advertising 75% protein in each serving ) Highly recommended.

Amazon has been delivering messed-up packages lately. I'm not going to get myself into the hassle of exchanging; I may end up receiving it in the same condition, and hopefully this outside damage has not done anything inside. Protein might be good, but it is mislabeled; it is not gluten-free, as it is processed in a facility that processes gluten. So no for celiacs, i bought this to share with my mum, but she can't have it now. PS: Protein is good, and you won't feel hungry for long. A recent study claimed its protein percentage is mislabeled but free from usual contamination; even with that, it is good enough.

This is a good product. I came here after the Protein Project thread by TheLiverDoc on X. This is one of the better whey protein powders that's available, with no significant additives. The bad reviews are mostly for the seller actually. Please buy on their own website if required. Back to the product, it has less sugar than many other products. And the taste is not overpowering. Best used within 30 mins of workout.

Taking livedoctor's lab test as advice, I have ordered this item and its variations 5 times so far. And out of 5, I've gotten BAD SMELLING PRODUCT 2 times. It smells like METALS. It has to be TOXIC there is no other reason. I called the company both times. THEIR ANSWER: We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for this. We'll give you the firm responsible for this and you can talk to them. I tried the number they gave me and there was no response. You guys are smart, you decide whether this is good. PATHETIC, IMO.

While the whey may be of good quality, the artificial sweeteners, in my case, affected my thyroid function. Better to opt for whey protein free of such additives.

The powder very easily mixes in water/milk without leaving lumps. The taste is really good and not too sweet. The protein content is also very good and helps recover fast. Definitely go for it.
