The lenses are plastic and I don’t know what percentage.

Will these fit a 10 year old?

It depends on the size of your ten your old. If they are petite then I would say yes. I had my eleven year old (average range) try on my sunglasses and she liked that fit so I ordered her an adult pair. She loves them. My eight year old is petite and the adult pairs are too big (I had him try on his sister pair).

Whats the lens material?

I believe it is all durable plastic. My kids have bent and dropped them and they are still working great!

What are the measurements?

That I don’t know. But the can fit up to a 10 year old from my observation.
