This is by far my favorite protein powder. It doesn't taste chalky, but smooth and flavorful. Great macros, little carbs and high protein to help reach those protein intake goals. I like how it has 100 mg of caffeine per serving, and I use this as a pre workout or post workout drink depending on the workout of the day.

Hydrolyzed is the purest form and if you’re like me stomach sensitive you will be as happy as me. You pay a bit more for this kind but is worth it, also GNC it’s a renowned name. They know what they’re doing. Be happy like me.cheers.

Tastes good, didn’t realize how much caffeine was in it though. That’s on me though

This is the second time I’ve tried this protein powder. I tired years ago and experienced the exact same thing I did this time. This protein is extremely hard for me to digest. The first time I drank it I felt nauseous. I kept drinking thinking I just had to get adjusted to this formula since I usually do plant based protein. Wrong. I was constipated for over a week. I can’t begin to tell you how bloated I was. None of my natural supplements that are great for regularity help. I event had to use a laxative to start having movements. Again, this was the same thing that happens when I tried this product years ago. There are people who swear by this product but if you don’t consume dairy that often, this might not be the protein for you. I will say this. I’ve tried other animal based proteins and I don’t have this problem.

I rarely write reviews, in fact, this may be my first one on here. I've taken almost every type of protein imaginable from whey to casein from multiple companies. This is the first time I've had to force myself to drink the flavor of the vanilla down. For the price point this is absolutely unacceptable. I would suggest Muscletech Nitrotech ripped if you are looking for something similar with a much more tolerable taste and better pricing.
