Highly recommended. Works very well. Works exactly as described. Makes ice. Not to much to it. But this companies price and service is what sealed the deal. This particular model has a self clean cycle which is a nice bonus. The price and quality is on point. I researched multiple brands and overall this was the best pick. Satisfied with my purchase and will buy from this seller again.

The media could not be loaded.  So I do really like this ice maker! It has two size options. It is very user friendly! The only reason I gave it 4 stars was that it was super wobbly on my counter straight out of the box which I later discovered was because there was a broken bracket on the bottom which caused a portion of the bottom plate that holds one of the legs to be screwed in tighter than the other sections causing it to not be level with the other 3 legs.This being said it does not effect the functionality of the ice maker itself. Also other than the little wobble the quality of the plastic used for the machine seems good.All in all I’m happy with it!

I was spending around $40 a month on ice. Sometimes running low and heading to the store at 9 pm. So, I decided to see what I could find to purchase. This particular unit had high a enough rating so I looked into it further. This particular ice maker had the specifications I was looking for. It's small enough to easily fit on the countertop and easy to operate. In one person's review, she decreased the water because the basket will sit in the water. I did the same. The ice will be wet regardless, as it begins to thaw as the next batch is being made. To avoid the cubes from thawing too much, I empty the basket when it's about half full. The ice will definitely freeze into a clump and it will need to be busted up (a rolling pin works well) but once done the ice will stay separated. Those kinds of issues are minor and have been happy overall. Additionally, I was concerned about my electric bill but it didn't effect it. I make 3 one gallon freezer bags every other day. I do not regret the purchase and it's nice to have it to use on my schedule and not the local grocery store. I would recommend this ice maker. Especially if you have a tight budget.

Zero stars. It will malfunction within a month or so and the "customer service", if you can call it that, will not reply when you reach out to ask for assistance. They do not stand behind their product because it is literal garbage.

We bought this for my husbands “She Shed”, aka canning room. It is really quite and gets the job done. The only downside would be when the ice goes in the tray and is full it doesn’t stay cold long. In others words it melts (and then recycles) if you don’t get it out when the tray is full. But overall great item!!

It's a good buy for the price. It is noisey, and the ice is always dripping with water so it melts quckly in the bin.

I love this icemaker. My refrigerator does not have an icemaker because I did not want the extra expense and hassle. It is always the first thing to malfunction. The Caynel portable icemaker was just what I needed. It is great to be able to make all the cubes I need in 1 1/2 hours. It is quiet and efficient. I will get a lot of use out of this.

This is super easy to use. I’ve only had it a few days so I haven’t tried cleaning it yet, but as far as making ice it is super quiet and efficient and there was no set up; just plug it in and put some water it and it’s ready to go
