Does exactly what it says in the product description. The only thing I found was it charged my mum's wheelchair quicker which is an upside.

Arrived on time and charges well. Hope it lasts longer than the last one (2 years).

This product didn't charge my mobility scooter battery at all. It was plugged in throughout the night and I wasn't able to rely on it when I needed to use my scooter. Don't recommend.
