This is my fav mag oxide. Unfortunately the Vitamin Shoppe local to me stopped carrying it and their website is slow to deliver. This is great for keeping my GI going and highly adjustable in dose. I have IBS-C and this keeps things "flowing" with no cramping or bloating etc. This is not a good Mag if you want to raise your blood levels. You want Mag Glycinate for that or Mag Threonate for anxiety ( crosses the BBB barrier). Capsules are a reasonable size and easy to take with no funky smell or taste. Even broken open the mag can be mixed easily with no bitter taste. ( I would mix it into a thicker smoothie, pudding or applesauce since I have no clue if it dissolves in water) Hope this helps, cheers!

I like Vitamin Shoppe products and this one is good however something funny happened to me once after I had taken two capsules after lunch, and powder came out 🙄 it was funny but harmless, other than that it's a great product, I will go back to tablets instead. But once again great product!

Great product, easy to take.

My doctor advised me to take magnesium to help with absorption of calcium. I have osteoporosis. I take it at night.noticed I slept better as soon as I started taking it. It’s easy to swallow and easy on my stomach. I really think it helped muscle aches also. Just the right dosage and great price!

I’ve had headaches my entire life. I thought taking Acetaminophen with caffeine was my saving grace, but it turned me into a caffeine addict. This product is helping me get off of acetaminophen with caffeine. I love it.
