Sturdy and easy to clean teeth

This is not only a toothpick (which is very sturdy) but can also function as a cigar punch and a self-defense tool. That's gotta hurt!!

It's worth getting especially if you have or permanent retainers. The rubber rings keep it contained rather well. However, when the pokey is extended, the screw connections don't stick together so it constantly gets loose. It's a small gripe for an otherwise decent product that replaces disposable toothpicks.

Title says it all. I keep one on my keychain, one on my desk, and the others as spares. They're easy to clean, and they're nice and sturdy. Just be careful about going too far between your teeth at the wrong angle--your tooth will crack before these do. (No I haven't cracked a tooth with it, just saying be careful. :P)
