Has anyone try fiting this fan in a non NZXT cases?

yes, A coolmaster HAF912, it did not fit in the top of the case.

Is this the same top fan in the Phantom 820? because when i purchase the case just one top fan included.

No experience with the 820, but I found with my PHAN-002 these fans were slightly larger than the chassis's 200mm slot. Made fitting them in a bit awkward!

Does this fit a phantek enthoo itx mini?

Tough call there. It looks like it will fit but NZXT 200mm fans don't fit most non-NZXT cases in my experience. Sorry I can't be of more help.
