Delighted at last to find a smart switch with proper screws at the back that I wasn’t frightened to tighten properly. Easy to configure (at outset it has its own WiFi network that you connect your phone to). Available in a two way. No batteries, just a neutral. And it directly replaces the existing switch in a multi-way circuit (no need to reconfigure everything to low voltage on the control circuit). Getting the front cover off just takes a little confidence - do that first when you get it out the box, and practice it once or twice. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

The product looks nice with a large button for ease of use for persons with disabilities, thought the green light to show that it’s switched on is not very bright. I like that it is compatible with Apple HomeKit and SmartThings app. The switch is very responsive both physically and via the app which is easy to setup. I like the versatility of it still being able to be used as a physical switch as well as controlling it from your smart phone.

This is set up in my kitchen with Meross led strip. I can turn it on or off with the home app or touch it. Works great both ways. Good sensitivity while touch it. Good price too.

Purchased this to add to existing 2way switch set up in my garage on some LED strip lights. It works perfectly and was simple to fit and to set up via the app. It does require a neutral to the switch, so it required replacement of the switch wire with 3core and earth. It is a deeper switch (29mm depth), so I replaced the existing back box with a 47mm one, you might need a 10mm spacer to fit this depending on depth. It’s now connected to sensors on my garage doors to turn on whenever someone opens a door and can be activated by Siri or Google voice control.Aside from all of this the main reason I like this switch is that it allows for a dual set up in Google Home and Apple HomeKit, which means you can use Google for voice control but HomeKit for automations (which it’s better at than Alexa or Google).

I’ve been looking for a way to switch my garden lights whilst maintaining a two way manual switch at the top and bottom of the garden.Eventually came across this bit of kit and works brilliantly. Had to put the switch inside a weatherproof box which was easy enough and can now switch manually or remotely via the app, Siri or Amazon.Definitely the easiest bit of kit I’ve ever connected to Alexa, virtually does it all for you

The unit is fine but I have two placed next to each other, one works, one constantly resets itself every 18 hours so isn’t usable on HomeKit. Very frustrating now it’s in the wall as changing back is a pain, left with a cheaper looking switch that doesn’t work

Easy to install, touch sensitive responsive unlike others I have had.

Very easy to configure! Get it up and running at no time. I put it in garage, now only time can tell if it can still operate well in all 4 seasons!
