Not well made but very light weight so I keep using it
I have ordered three of these and like them because they are feather weight. Two of the three have broken. The plastic tab that holds the sweeper part on the handle/pole broke off. I threw away the first one that happened to, and when it happened to the second one I just used tape to hold it on. I keep one at work and one at home. You can also use other competitor's wet and dry cloths with these. Although these are not well made, the price is cheap and since my health has declined, this is a simple solution to assist me with cleaning, so it serves a purpose - great for getting under flat areas like couches, wall units. I have a bad back and this is like lifting air.

Okay...I get it.
I knew the reviews were poor, but I grabbed it to clean the floors in my husband's hospital room for a month and intended to throw it away. Honest opinion...It has a metal handle, easy to slot together.Head is plastic.Flip mechanism is easy to deploy, but it is meant to be. If you bump into anything it will flip up the edges, but then it is the size of a regular swiffer, so I am not sure why people are getting so frustrated....The irritating part is...the pads do dry quickly. This is unsurprising for an anti microbial. I just sprayed a bit on the floor to make sure I got max coverage. But the pads Do NOT stick. At all. Almost like a part was missing, but sadly it isn't .I had a roll of Sticky back Velcro in a drawer...I just pressed the rough side on and it is working great, but I shouldn't have to modify a product to get it to work.

Versatile and easy
I prefer this to the swifter because it uses Velcro instead of slots to attach the cloths. I used to pinch my finger in The former! Also, instead of using the flimsy cloths that come with the mop, I use a large microfiber cloth which sticks terrifically to the Velcro and can be washed and re-used indefinitely. I have had mine for two years and the Velcro still works fine. I ordered a second one for our RV as it takes up nearly no space. I use it exclusively to wet mop and use a broom and hand vacuum to pick up dust and debris.

so it stays on a lot better.
The dry and wet wipes stay on by Velcro rather than the little holes that the swiffer has, so it stays on a lot better.

great!
I needed one of these so badly! I was very excited when it arrived and it picked up ALL the dog hair off the floor and cleaned up the dust bunnies.Perfect! Just as good, if not better than, SWIFFER.

Awful
Left my floor sticky, left gross swipe marks. The stupid towels kept falling off it was awful I used it once and never again.

Okay if you can get the hang of it
This is the first "disposable" pad mop I've used so I don't have anything to compare it to. I agree with other users that you have to push on it at an angle instead of straight on so that it does not "flip" on its own. I also use a sweeping side-to-side motion as well. The thing I like most are the pads. They are really thick. I can do my whole house (1,000 sq ft) with this mop. I usually rinse it between rooms and spray my own cleaner on it. The pad is that strong and thick. I have 8 cats, so I like to use Natures Miracle along with a light spray of Simple Green. Gets my house smelling spring clean. I only gave it three stars, because Lysol really needs to improve the mop part.

Great Toddler Toy!
I bought this starter kit for 2.99 at the .99 Store. Specifically for my toddler to play with. I'd heard some friends of mine were using the swiffer with the middle part removed to make a functional sweeper for the kids. We're an old school mop and broom house, so I just didn't want to spend more than a couple bucks on something he may not even be interested it. This was PERFECT. I've noticed no trouble with the pads sticking, and at I might go back and grab one for myself! I haven't tried the wet pads, but I'd assume they are for quick touch ups and wouldn't hold much liquid anyway to stay wet for an entire floor mopping. Use a mop people.
