Spiral was VERY rough!
This bowl was very light and nice looking with a nice finish. However, the spiral for yarn to pass through was very jagged and rough. I had to spend half an hour sanding it down before it could be used without snagging yarn. It's difficult to sand it without damaging the finish around the spiral.

Bad workmanship.
Very poor wood finishing! Jagged edges where the yarn goes through, plus a piece of string actually varnished to the bowl! Returning asap. Was to be a Christmas gift.
