My daughter has had one of these since 2022 in her van and I got one in July 2023 for my truck and have loved it. It's very adjustable for different situations, well made and holds the phone securely. Just recently noticed it was getting loose and on inspection found that the rubber suction cup was tearing away from the base. Bummer I thought, but it is 3 years old on a vehicle that is in the sun all the time and stuff happens.In looking at replacing it I saw that it had a three year warranty so I sent an email to customer service (service at vanmasslife.com) describing the problem and asking if they could help. Since it was just past the 3 years they said that they couldn't replace the whole thing (understand, gotta draw the line somewhere) but they did offer to send me just a new base with the suction cup to use with the original arm which was still completely functional. So in addition to being a good product, thank you to VanMass and Apricot for really great customer service!Mark M

First of all, this phone holder was the bombdiggity from the get go. My husband is a truck driver for a company that has old equipment and he shakes, rattles and rolls around in his truck for 10 hours at a time. Previous phone holders couldn't stand up to the pressures of the road. This one held his phone still enough that he could read incoming messages or watch a Phillies game. Until it didn't; the pressure of the road wore it down and it eventually failed. The best part of this story is the customer support and replacement of the part that broke. Maggie from Vanmass responded and resolved our dilemma quickly. You won't go wrong with buying this phone holder. It's the best we've found on the market and the company stands behind their warranty. really like this VANMASS phone holder and can see why it's advertised as heavy-duty. The suction and grip are very strong, and it holds my phone securely while I drive. Once it's mounted, it stays in place and gives me confidence that my phone isn't going anywhere.The reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is because of the charging port access. When I need to plug in my USB-C charging cable, the holder doesn't leave enough room for the connector to fit comfortably. I have to remove my phone from the holder first, plug in the cable, and then put the phone back in the holder.That extra step takes away some of the convenience of having a phone mount in the first place. Other than that, it's a well-made product that performs its main job very well. If charging access were improved, it would easily be a five-star product for me.

Great phone holder for the car :) I've bought it at least 2 times over the years, as this is the best phone holder I have tried. Lasted me I think 3-4 years from fairly frequent use and using a sun shade/blocker which puts a little pressure on this holder when they are up against the windshield. If I didn't use that sun shade, I bet this would last even longer.

It serves its purpose and build quality seems reasonable. I'm not convinced that over a prolonged period of time the spring to release the phone from the cradle will hold up, but for now its OK. At the price point I would recommend it.
