It’s just a hydrating spray but can be spritzed over make up without spoiling it. I’d recommend W7 dewy fixer if you want a setting spray with a coconut scent.

it can be used as a spray which melts your makeup into your skin so it looks less powdery, but I don’t think it makes your makeup last longer

Can this be used as a toner?

A toner is usually for hydration so yes. I use it between my serums day and night. Very hydrating and smells amazing.
