I started using these chalks during Covid when I couldn't go to my beautician to get color and cut. Now I cut my own hair and use this chalk to add some extra color. It doesn't cover all of your own hair color but it does add an extra glow to your hair. You have to use it with wet hair to make it stick. It lasts 4 or 5 days and eventually wears off since it is chalk dust. When you first put it on and let it dry and then comb it out...wear a towel over your shoulders and chest cause it will flake off when you comb your hair out the first time. I get more people actually stopping me on the street to comment on how they like my hair than I ever got when I colored it with dye....and it is fun for regular times or special events. Wish I could order specific colors in bulk rather than having to order all colors. Lots of fun no matter what age you are. Washes out if you to.

I’d give this a perfect review if it wasn’t packaged so poorly, I’m amazed they were not all broken.. and dust.. it was packaged with other stuff so it chalked the other products up.. other then that good stuff..

worked great on my pure white dog for his tiger costume. wasnt too bold, but bold enough that people could tell what he was. the orange faded within 6 hours, but the black took a few days to fade.

The colors are vibrant and works on any hair color. The only reason I took away a star is cuz I wish there was some kind of holder or something so it doesn't get all over your hands

Not worth the money, my option. Maybe it works better in some types of hair better then others. Bought for my 10 yr old granddaughter and we could get it to color and she a very light blonde. No I didn't return cause it was small price and no worth the time.But shipping was good as always.

Don’t do it. Messy. Hard to use. I’ve tried several temporary hair color products, and was hopeful that I could use this at a party. Way too messy, hard to use, and not a great result. I haven’t found a great, on the fly, product, but there are many spray cans that are a better option than this.

I liked that my 5 year old could use them on her hair without too much help. I didn’t like how they stained the comb

Maybe it's ok for blonde hair but doesn't show up very well in brown or dark hair.

These are NOT chalky but waxy like a crayon you "draw" on your hair. Very poor effect on hair unless lightened, blonde or grey. My daughter has light brown hair so almost no colour shows clearly. Light affect from green or yellow! Very disappointed & would NOT recommend.
