Good product, certainly does a good job of cleaning my electric shaver and great delivery time too.

Don't even question it.
Panasonic makes the best electric shaver period. Just bought a new ARC5 and my ARC4 is still running strong after 12 years and will remain my backup. I was looking at cheaper methods of cleaning solutions and even making my own. That proved not to be a wise decision. Braun and Philips use alcohol in their cleaning solutions which will eat away at the rubber around the blade inserts. Panasonic cleaning solution does not contain rubbing alcohol. There are other cheap aftermarket solutions but they are inferior as there is no lubricant in it. What I learned is that most people think that one pouch only lasts 1 month which is untrue. Please read these tips; I shave daily and brush off the hair particles and even rinse it off after energy use. Every week, or when the battery showed 20% I rinse the shaver removing all hair particles and debris and put it in the charge cleaning station. Once dried, apply the oil (pictured) on the screen as well as the blades. Turn on the shaver and you will see brown grease fluid coming up on the screen. That's your skin oils... wipe it off and you're good to go. At this rate one solution packet will easily last you 3 months or more as you've removed the hair particles and all the cleaner has to do is remove the oils from your skin. But please do use the oil.. you will know immediately after. You're welcome.
