Change Recipe Again?
These have been my favorite High Fat Low Carb bars for a couple years now. But it looks they have changed the recipe again. With each recipe change the bars have gotten smaller and less filling. The first change made the bars smaller but taste a bit sweeter (probably better to many people but I wasnt interested in a sweeter bar). the 2nd change (just in the past month or two) has made them taste worse than ever to my taste.I wish they would go back to the original recipe from 2 years ago.I will have to find a new bar.

Change the recipe back!
This is the second time I bought these. The first time they were melt in your mouth bits of heaven. This time they changes the recipe. The bars have a weird chemically taste. Plus they are gummy. They are still the best bars out there but I wish they'd quit messing with the recipe. Also, for the price I think its ridiculous to reduce the size of the bar.

Important Addition to my Daily Food Plan
Let me start off by saying that I am a self-taught keto dieter with a weight loss goal of 10 to 15 pounds. I did a lot of research to answer questions about why my body was acting the way it was acting with this major nutritional change... which is why I decided to try MCT Bars. Once I added these MCT Bars to my daily food plan, not only did they bars help me in the ways they were meant to, they also helped with my occasional craving for something sweet. The Caramel Sea Salt MCT Bar is the only flavor I've tried and it is excellent. The MCT Bar is a little bit oily so I store them in a zip baggie and use a smaller baggie to hold the days snack. I will buy them again, and I will also try the other products offered.

Best bar in a long time
Not a keto follower or usual "bar" consumer, but always looking for satiable snacks to keep on hand for when hunger strikes. Both salted caramel and cocoa are unlike many of the other bars out there that I've tried. They melt in the mouth, don't get stuck in between teeth, and actually taste like a dessert. Nutrition facts make me feel good about indulging in these bars as a snack and are good to curb hunger in a pinch. I shared with family members who expressed similar sentiments. Give these a try - you might just be surprised that a bar could taste this good and not be terrible for you.

LOVE! Great taste
I really love these. So far, I've purchased and gone through five boxes already. lol. I've tried all the flavors and I love all of them, but the chocolate is my favorite. I'm not a big fan of things that are too sweet tasting and the chocolate is a little bit toned down on the sweetness level than the other two flavors. I'm not a fan of alcohol sugars or stevia - I feel like they leave a weird aftertaste, so I love that these are made with monkfruit. To me, it tastes like it was made with real sugar - I can't tell the difference. In terms of someone saying that it's oily - I wouldn't call it that. They have a rich and decadent feel, but NOT oily. I think what happens is that if you leave it out in a hot room, they get a little melted and might come across as oily. You'll want to store them somewhere cool or maybe even in the fridge. Then they retain the best shape/texture and it feels velvety and decadent when you bite into them. Sometimes I'll eat half a one as dessert after dinner and it's very satsifying!

Addictive
I'm watching my carb intake now that I've been told I'm pre-diabetic. I've tried quite a few different types of snack bars, keto chips, protein puffs, etc. This is one of the winners from those I've tried. I would eat these even if they weren't low carb and healthy ! They are very oily as they contain a large quantity of MCT oil but the flavor is outstanding. My only complaint is that they are pricey, and sometimes when you order a box of the bars, the bars feel oily on the out side of the wrappers. The company has taken pains with their packaging to keep the boxes cool during hot summer months. This is an excellent bar if you are on keto - or even if you're not !

Very happy with these
This is my new favorite keto bar. I have tried several keto bars and most either had good ingredients but tasted bad or tasted better and had some non-keto ingredients (like tapioca starch). I don't expect them to taste like non-keto bars. I imagine it's hard to find a formula that excludes keto-unfriendly ingredients yet is still palatable. This bar gets it right. The texture is very good, considering how much fat has to be included to make it keto. It's not too sweet, but sweet enough. I, personally, am not a big fan of coconut flavor, and for that reason I love that this bar starts with almond butter. It also has cacao butter--a fat that I feel is one of the healthier options for keto dieters. And, it has collagen protein for added health benefits. Finally, I love that it's sweetened with monk fruit. The ingredients are what made me choose this bar, but the taste and texture are very good, especially when you consider what they added and what they managed to leave out. Well done!

Chicory root = intestinal distress
Found out the hard way that chicory root (something I don't normally eat, but is an ingredient in these bars) causes gas & stomach discomfort for several hours post-consumption. NOT what I was looking for. Why companies feel compelled to add fiber to their bars is beyond me. If we wanted fiber, we'd just eat real foods that have it, or otherwise supplement it. Why ruin an otherwise decent bar with it? Could go lower on the salt as well, but that's just me (I follow an otherwise lower-sodium diet). Main point is, if your bar makes people feel like the Hindenberg after eating it, people are probably going to stop buying it.
