It was a Christmas gift to my son in-law and he loves it. Easy to use, sandwiches come out perfect every time.

Love the fact that it’s small and lightweight. Fits two sandwiches and that’s fine for my two kids. Can’t beat the price as well. Heats up well and makes a perfect panini.---Update 2021---Well, just four months later the panini maker stopped heating one side. It's almost useless. This unit doesn't get abused at all and I'm incredibly disappointed by what was a promising purchase.

First of all, unfortunately, this product came as s used product to us. Whilst the previous owner had done a pretty decent job of cleaning it up, it wasn’t perfect and was clearly used.Amazon offered us a refund straight away and the service was as impeccable as ever.Regarding the machine itself, the jury is still out in our household. Looks wise it is s good looking machine.Whilst personally I like it and think it makes satisfactory to great toasties, the wife and daughter disagree. Their attempts tend to not come out so well and the inconsistency drives them nuts.I believe it has to do with the temperature setting and internal thermostat. Whilst it has an adjustable temperature dial, it is practically useless as you cannot use it on anything but max as it will likely not get hot enough to cook ( even with meat).It has a ready indicator in the form of a green light ( which goes off when ready) but it is not so reliable, as even though it is supposed to be hot enough, sometimes it isn’t.It is however easy to clean and use and looks cool.There may be better alternatives out there, but my research led me to this. I am hopeful that somewhere out there, there is actually a great one waiting to be found.

Tiene el tamaño perfecto para dos personas y es realmente rápida. Lo que más me gusta es que no aplasta el pan de molde, que en muchas tostadoras las planchas lo aplastan y lo deja fatal. Es perfecta!
