**Q: What is steviol glycosides?  Is it stevia?  I don't want any sweeteners?**
A: Stevia is a plant based sweetener that does NOT greatly affect blood sugar or spike insulin.  But will break a fast.  Hope this helps.

**Q: How many calories per serving?**
A: I have been using this stuff for a while, mainly to stave off Potassium shortages after hard sweaty workouts. So since this is a collection of largely ionic minerals, there should be practically 0 calories per serving.  I cannot conceive of any reason it would release any kind of energy into your system.  Hope that helped.

**Q: What amounts of trace minerals are in this blend?**
A: The info on the package backside - which you can access- is all the data available.  It does list out all the information

**Q: The package says electrolyte mineral complex but there are no details on the trace minerals. What amounts of trace minerals are in this blend?**
A: I have no clue what or how much "trace minerals" this has.  My tap water has trace minerals too.  I would assume then that a daily value is probably near zero, and that the phrase is added for marketing, and that somewhere the product does have some trace values.  I buy it for the potassium and the price.

I love this product!! NUTRITION: Contains way more potassium than most other electrolyte powders. We need 3 to 5 grams per day of potassium, which is a lot, and it's hard to get enough from foods. Most other powders have a disappointingly low 200mg, but this product has 1,000mg (1 gram) of potassium. This product also has trace minerals. Much more valuable nutrients than your average electrolyte product. SUGAR FREE, SWEET ENOUGH: Stevia sweetened, tastes great, not too sweet. No aftertaste. MIXES WELL: I use a milk frother to blend but a simple stir is usually enough. I have not had an issue with this product clumping. TASTY TIP 😉 -- I love mixing this with 1 scoop (1 Tbsp) of organic strawberry powder and some sparkling mineral water. It's like the most delicious sparkling strawberry lemonade. 🍓 🍋 🧃 THE ONLY DOWNSIDE... I just wish there were more flavors! (Hence why I started mixing strawberry powder)
