I love this product!! NUTRITION: Contains way more potassium than most other electrolyte powders. We need 3 to 5 grams per day of potassium, which is a lot, and it's hard to get enough from foods. Most other powders have a disappointingly low 200mg, but this product has 1,000mg (1 gram) of potassium. This product also has trace minerals. Much more valuable nutrients than your average electrolyte product. SUGAR FREE, SWEET ENOUGH: Stevia sweetened, tastes great, not too sweet. No aftertaste. MIXES WELL: I use a milk frother to blend but a simple stir is usually enough. I have not had an issue with this product clumping. TASTY TIP 😉 -- I love mixing this with 1 scoop (1 Tbsp) of organic strawberry powder and some sparkling mineral water. It's like the most delicious sparkling strawberry lemonade. 🍓 🍋 🧃 THE ONLY DOWNSIDE... I just wish there were more flavors! (Hence why I started mixing strawberry powder)

I’ve been really enjoying these Trace Minerals Electrolytes. The flavor tastes great, and the powder dissolves easily in water without leaving clumps or a weird texture. I drink it after workouts, and it helps me feel refreshed, hydrated, and more energized afterward. I also like the ingredient blend — it feels like a good balance of electrolytes without being overly sweet. The only downside is that the powder hardened after a couple of weeks. I’m pretty sure I accidentally used a wet scoop at some point, and moisture got into the container. The product still seems fine to use, but the hardened powder is definitely harder to scoop. Pros: ✔ Great taste ✔ Mixes easily with water ✔ Helps with hydration and energy after workouts ✔ Good ingredient combination Cons: ✘ Powder can harden if moisture gets inside the container Overall, I’m very happy with this product and would buy it again.

I only leave reviews for extremely good products or extremely bad products. These trace minerals have changed my life. For years I have struggled with brain fog, exhaustion and just feeling down and tired and not great. Within the FIRST day of taking these I felt immediate results. I am energized, don’t need to have a ton of caffeine to get me through my days. I think this entire time I have been extremely mineral deficient. The taste is actually good too. I will FOREVER buy this product. The results have blown my mind. Side note- I do a low carb lifestyle and drink lots of water, with that being said I have read that those things can deplete your minerals so it may be a reason that these have impacted me so much? Idk but I will forever buy these!

With an outdoorsy family in Texas, these electrolytes are a must have! Love that this is sugar free. Effective, tastes good for the younger crowd and well worth the money.

This product is really good. It tastes good, too! Powder dissolves pretty quickly in water. I tend to mix a partial scoop in my water and do this all day long. It's definitely helpful in keeping hydrated and energy up! With the help of this supplment I'm managing oxalate dumping after a plant-based lifestyle that left me so sick with the oxalate storage toxicity overload. As oxalate depletes the body it's necessary to find a high potassium ZERO sugar supplement. This fits the bill! I'd love an unsweetened one, too. I'd rather have a zero stevia version, just salty lemon 😋
