Add a little coconut oil to the ring to help with screwing it on or off when it gets sticky with patina. It doesn't keep your water cold. I bought a neoprene case for it to hold in the cold temp and to protect the design. It does not leak unless I didn't get the top tightened. The Simone gasket is a nice and needed asset. It is a large drinking bottle. Definitely worth the price

I took this to a coin shop in my city that has a Thermo-Scientific Niton XL2 XRF Handheld Precious Metal Analyzer and this thermos test pure 99.9% copper. Inside and out. It is beautiful in color and style. I only wish there was a sleeve for the outside to help hold it when you have ice water inside. It gets really cold but doesn’t stay cold inside due to it not being insulated.
