Q: The portable receiver cannot be powered on.

Please charge the receiver for at least 1 hour before first use. Then press and hold the "OFF/Power" button to turn it on.

Q: The receiver does not respond or make any sound when the call button is pressed

Ensure receiver is charged/on. If call button doesn't light, replace its battery. If both work, re-pair (see manual p.7). Test within max range.

Q: The portable receiver only works for a short time after charging.

Please ensure the receiver is fully charged before use (typically 2-3 hours for a full charge). If the working time is still too short, try using another charging cable or adapter to rule out charging issues.

Q: One of the units does not work right out of the box.

If the issue persists, it may be a defective unit. In that case, please find us for a replacement.

Q: The receiver cannot be turned off.

Please press and hold the "OFF/Power" button for 3 seconds until the indicator light goes off. If the unit still does not respond, try recharging it and then attempt again.
