Pretty nice tremolo harmonica
Pros:✔️ Pleasant, rich sound✔️ Hefty, sturdy, and well-built✔️ Black (K suffix) model's matte finish doesn't show fingerprints✔️ Nice carrying caseCons:❌ Didn't come with the advertised user's guide💡 Beginner's tip: While tremolo harmonicas aren't very common in the West, they're the norm in East Asia. Unlike diatonic harmonicas, which have one reed/hole per note, tremolo harmonicas have two which are slightly off-tune by the same amount, averaging out to the same note but with a richer, wavering sound reminiscent of an accordion. Additionally, while diatonic harmonicas have few—typically 10—holes and rely on bending (an embouchure adjustment technique) to play in-between notes, tremolo harmonicas' numerous holes allow them to play all notes without the need for bending; in fact, bending typically isn't practiced on them at all.

Sound good no matter what you do
I'm not a harmonica player and debated about even getting one. I don't listen to the blues and have never really desired to have one. BUT I'm homeschooling my kids and have already gotten them guitars, ukuleles, kalimbas, steel tongue drums, recorders, and much more. The harmonica seemed good to round out our collection of musical instruments to expose them to. I wasn't sure which type to get them. I knew this is NOT the typical beginner harmonica, but I personally prefer the sound... it's less bluesy and reminds me a bit of bag pipes. I also liked how this has more notes than the standard harmonica does.I was blown away when we got it. The case is very nice. The harmonica is a nice quality. And guess what, we ALL sound good playing it and we don't know the first thing about how to. The kids easily picked up how to blow into it and even though they weren't playing any particular song it still sounded like they knew what they were doing!!! First instrument I can say that for. I was able to figure out how to play Amazing Grace by ear... at least most of it. The kids can't get enough of it either. There apparently are online videos that teach you how to play and eventually we will probably check those out. This does not have numbers on it to help identify which hole is which, and that could be difficult for a beginner and/or a child. Coming from other instruments, I think it would be easy enough to learn for me, and to me it sounds much better than your basic harmonica. I'm happy with this instrument and glad I decided to get it after all... much better than listening to them attempt the recorder.

Wow! Just...wow!
I have a 10 hole that I love messing around with and am still memorizing the placement (of my lips) for each note, but when I got this one, I was blown away with how easy it was to find the place to blow specific notes. It was like this particular harmonica was made for me to play without much work at all. The highest notes are a bit...well, it's like hearing a dog whistle, but the rest of the notes on this harmonica are gorgeous, deep and resonant when I play them. I'm loving this 24 hole harmonica - it's definitely like we were meant to be together! :)

Yes, You Can Play Midnight Cowboy Classic on this Harp
I have been a long-time user and player of Marine Band and Horner harmonicas, but I have to say, I was impressed as a first-time user of this East Top Harmonica right out of the box. The richness and quality of tone make this a strong contender to add to your harmonica bag. You will have to adjust to the double reeds if you are used to standard diatonic harps which play in single keys.Packaging and casing are nice with this model and will keep your harmonica in good condition.I was able to play one of my all-time favorite songs on this exquisite harmonica... The theme from Midnight Cowboy (key of C).I'm impressed with East Top and you will be too.
