Hight quality, built like a tank
I understand the many muscular, skeletal, cardio and digestive benefits from using an inversion table, and I've tried a few owned by friends and relative's. Of the inversion tables I've tried at friends and relative's, all of them were nice but lower cost options. They lacked what I now recognize as very important features that will bring your experience to an all new level, such as lumbar support, adjustable foot pegs, ergonomic ankle pads (so comfortable), ball bearing pivot points, handles to pull or push for an inversion seesaw effect, and it's just plain built solid as a tank. The moment you get on it after adjusting it to your height, it begins to gently level off perfectly, almost automatically. The lower cost inversion tables kind of did that to, but more rapidly and with far less controllability. I'm really in shock at how much more comfortable and effective this inversion table is in comparison to all the others, especially with the lumbar support. All of them pale in comparison to the Teeter X3. One thing I had to be very careful about with all of the other inversion tables was the intensity of pitch. If I would pitch them more than 60 degrees, it would virtually cripple me. Unable to bent down to release my ankles, and if I managed to eventually bend over enough I would be stuck bent over in pain for several minutes. However, I believe the lumbar support and the seesaw function of the Teeter X3 has completely eliminated this concern, even at an 80 degree pitch. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY TEETER X3! I cannot think of any negatives, other than the high price most would have to pay. I got mine during Amazon Prime days at 44% off, which was still a bit of a stretch but WOW, I'm absolutely happy with my purchase.

Excellente'
Have the Original and just upgraded to the newer style. what a difference, especially the neck attachment that I purchased separately. If you have neck issues it's a must you get one. You can get really great stretches in you neck with it. it won't feel like a stretch because you placing weight on your neck but once you realize how to utilize and manipulate your neck on it, you will thank me for the recommendation. Great for if you sit at a puder all day and don't move much. Not to mention the wayyyyy better leg/ankle lock-in system with the newer unit. For what this thing does, it's a life saver.

Sturdy, Well Made Unit Performs Well, Appeared to be New (Got the renewed version)
I bought this during one of the very small windows Woot was selling it refurbished for $284.99. I was always hoping to get the best, Teeter, without having to spend $450+ ... it took some time to ship but I just left the order alone and it eventually did. Works great, appears new. My biggest concern with these inversion tables were the sporadic reviews of some other brands of the welds breaking and I didn't want to take that chance on something where you are hanging upside down, I wanted the best. The hard plastic surface makes it easier to slide versus brands where you are laying on a pad where you sink in, but it's quite comfortable, easy to invert when you set the unit to the right adjustment, and it folds and is somewhat easy to disassemble into 2 or 3 pieces if you need to move it. The extra bells and whistles over their lower end models are nice. It clamps in securely and seems like it will last a long time. Plus, it works. It's not a miracle cure... if you still spend hours watching TV on a recliner where your back is on a curved position bulging the discs and don't improve your bad behaviors you will probably still have sciatica pain, but it does an effective job relieving pain. It's far better than behavior modification alone.

X3 - well worth the money
Very nice. Iโve owned an inversion table for around 20 years, which still works fine, but is undeveloped compared to the X3 in terms of usability, convenience, etc. Decided to purchase X3 so we could easily switch settings for two people. Got it on sale for $340, which was nice. If it had been the full $430 I might have opted instead for the $500 LX9 model above it in the hierarchy. Purely for the fancier frame which, judging from the pics, would make getting onto the machine easier due to the increased clearance between the leg attachment thingee and the frame itself. Thereโs been a definite (minor) issue with my wife being able to get on due to the tight clearance. However, thatโs the ONLY defining difference between the two machines. Everything else is identical, assuming you discount the cup holder which I surely do. The X3 went together very easily and the app made it even easier. Super clear and impossible to mess up for anyone paying even partial attention. Operates super smoothly, is very solidly built and the extra handholds are useful. The lumbar plastic piece is a bit dubious - I canโt actually get it installed at anything less than โa lotta bulgeโ so its usefulness right now is still unproven. The accupressure dealies take some fiddling with to get them positioned right but a nice idea. An improvement would be some colored stitching on the retention strap so you could easily set the machine at 30, 45 or 60 degree inversion rather than having to do it by trial and error. Especially since using the lumbar or accupressure attachments means reducing the inclination from a deep inversion (which I usually use for a standard stretch).

Solid investment for those trying to avoid surgery
This was a gift for a friend that's had back problems for 50 years. She uses it regularly and gets relief. It's sturdy, easy to adjust for other users in the household, and it's a quality product.

IlMy back loves it and it's very substantial and stable!
I have a terrible back which has caused me pain every day for years. I absolutely adore this table! I've only been using it for a few days and I realized a few minutes after I got up, that there was no pain at all when I got out of bed. Just a few minutes on the table, not always completely upside down, is making a huge difference in my life! If I have pain later in the day, a few minutes on the table takes care of it. The damage to my back is muscular, at the base of my spine.

Back and pain relief
Works as described. I had lower back surgery a long time ago but still suffer from major back pain. This helps me with the pressure when I over do myself. I do about 2 mins to 10 mins a day (time broken up) at 60 deg incline and it helps. Directions came in the app. (Donโt over do it it not worth it if you have a bad back) It took a about two week before I could feel a different. I have taken Motrin prior to doing it because I got small flare up at first. The pain has decreased and Iโm more mobile. It is heavy and moving it around it not that easy. Setting it up in a area you will use it is important. I started with it in my living room so i would do it. It is now moved to the middle my garage and I use it every time I open the door to it. 2 mins A healthy back is important. This is not for everyone and donโt expect instant results. It does work for me and I recommend it. Worth the price and the cheap ones are not the same. It is sturdy, easy to assemble and easy to use. Should read the direction on how to use it and the Benefits from it.

Inverted muscle relaxation table
The assembled Tetter Fitspine X3 inversion table works well at straightening and relaxating my back after lifting weights or long runs. The unassembled Tetter parts are intimidating, but the instructions, diagrams and 800 help line made assembly easy. My inverted relaxed back offers thanks!

Great for back relief.
We had a very old Teeter Hang-up model but the nylon/canvass backing wore out. This new model feels great and much stronger. I really like the extra handles on the side and the two by the table itself. The best is the locking foot rest at the bottom that has extra padding with a long handle to reach for and release. Upon return to normal upright position, I always found it hard to reach to release the foot lock but with this extra length handle it works way better. I have always trusted Teeter for inversion tables and this new model does not disappoint. Feel great after inverted for 10 minutes a day.

Works well and is very well made.
This works very well. I fractured several vertebrae years ago and have lower back issues. I had another brand for 20 years and needed to update. This is very comfortable and easy to use. Easy to adjust to the proper length in order to get smooth inversion. Stretches the spine and allows fluid to reach between vertebrae joints as well as hip, knee and ankle joints. Without it my back would be in constant pain but using it 3 minutes per day works wonders.

Effective and value for money
Easy to install. Felt the difference from the first use. Do not use more than a minute at a time. You can use multiple times in a day.
