Takes a second to figure out how to get whole garlic clove crushed but by rolling and scraping the job gets done quickly.Getting the garlic out I use a butter knife to scrape it off. I find it easier than a garlic press and much easier to clean. My wife has trouble with garlic press because of lack of hand strength and can now mince garlic again.

I like this much better than the more traditional squeeze press. Just a few rocks back and forth and I've got beautiful minced garlic. Cleanup is super easy with a few taps of a bottle brush to clear the holes.
