The product is very poor quality. I got this machine yesterday and its not working. The seller is not picking phone and responding to message. The product has no return policy.

It worked very good for 6 months
It worked for 6 months it was very good companion. But now it has stopped working i tried to repair it work for 1 week and now stopped . Time it let it go . 3 star because it was a very good machine atleast would have worked for a year . I used it more than 400 times . I guess that is it

Value for money and portable to carry
Value for Money - consult physiotherapist or family doctor beforr buying, Works well for senior citizen having sudden muscle cramps, I am using it for back and calf muscles, before buying. Senior citizen will need help to stick cords to their back. Machine has dials for adjustment. Portable and easy to carry.
