The color is listed as gray but looks kinda brown. What color is it really?

It isn’t a grey grey it does have some tannish tint to it in the grain. It’s more of a coastal grey if I had to describe it.

Does tabletop have protective coating?

All tables are finished and sealed. However they do have to be cleaned properly or it could cause damage to the outer coating.

Two items to my table are damaged. I don't want to do a full return because everything else is good. How do I go about getting the items replaced?

They should be able to replace whatever is damaged not the whole set
