They USED to be great, then they were "new and improved"
The first time I bought these (the mangos), they were cut like skinny french fries and were really good, so I re-ordered 2 more bags. This time I got the new packaging, and also a new cut on the fruit itself. Now they are mostly tiny slivers and hard and sharp enough to cut your gums. Why do corporations have to "new and improve" their product until it is no longer any good? You saved money? But you lost a customer.

Surprisingly Good
I ran this product listing through Fakespot just to see what their automated system made of the reviews, and interestingly enough it gave them an F for for the quality of reviews on the product and the possibility of review manipulation. I'm glad I decided to take the risk and order them anyway, because they're pretty good. I've eaten a bag and a half thus far, and have rather enjoyed them. One interesting note: I received white bags that had citric acid on the ingredients list in addition to the freeze dried bananas. You don't really taste the citric acid, so it's not a big deal.Update: It's been a while since I ordered these, but I should probably mention that the quality of the 10 or so bags I had was consistent, and I remember them being my favorite of the 4 or 5 brands I had ordered from Amazon.

which is why these dried bananas were so great - she liked eating them and they were just ...
Upset! My corn allergic daughter cannot have foods with specific preservatives in them, which is why these dried bananas were so great - she liked eating them and they were just bananas. First time ordering them from Amazon, pictures show bananas only as the ingredient, yet packages received say bananas and CITRIC ACID. No. Not only can she not have these now, the were improperly advertised.

Expired chocolate!
The chocolate was bad. When I opened it it smelled bad. I bought both banana and mango and both were bad. If I could give less than one star or negative stars I would. I want my money back!

Great for flavoring cream filings
I ordered these to flavor the filling of my chocolate log roll. The recipe I used called for these, as using fresh or frozen berries will make the filling turn out runny. The flavor was amazing, as good as fresh. The log was a hit at Christmas dinner, with a ganache covering and fresh raspberries for garnish. I used the leftovers to make a second cake, with raspberry filling. So delicious.

Tastes Great in Tea ♡
These freeze-dried raspberries are larger than I expected. They're crunchy and full of sour/sweet flavor, but difficult to eat as a snack. I can't just munch on them because of the texture and flavor I think. However I think the quality is fine for what it is. I plan to use these raspberries in my herbal tea blends. To see what it tasted like, I popped a raspberry right into the lemon verbena tea I was drinking, and it added a wonderful, subtle fruity flavor to it. You should try it, especially if you don't love eating the raspberries the way they are.

Ethically Yummmmm-y... But With Some Labeling Glitches
I ordered these to have a non-perishable, healthy snack for kayaking days... and because I love the light crunch of freeze-dried fruit. Bananas (along with chocolate, coffee, tea, cotton and others) are something where organic and fair-trade make a huge difference for the environment and for the workers farming them, so I was thrilled to find these. Notes on Their Labeling: I don’t see anything on the label that indicates it contains potassium, but in researching it does not appear that freeze-drying destroys that, so I don’t know if it’s just an oversight. Seems from some other reviews there may sometimes be labeling issues with this company’s products (like the calories per serving don't line up with the calories or serving size on my fitness tracking app, the package says gluten-free but fine print says produced in a facility that processes wheat, so not sure if they guarantee no cross-contamination for those with severe allergies). My first order from them had packaging that stated it was fair-trade. The second implied it on the back but didn't state it. Anyway, it appears to be an ethically produced product, they were tasty with nice texture, and the bags I got had a generous amount in them, so 5 stars for my needs.

Never again...
I have had other freeze dried pineapple and loved it. But this product is horrible in comparison. The pieces are NOT light and fresh, but too hard and not very tasty. Tried them upon arrival and was immediately disappointed. Oh, and there was a terrible aftertaste that seemed like a bitter, acid, bite. In fact, it left the side of my tongue sore. It is day 3 and my tongue has yet to recover completely!

Beware: you will only receive 1 bag, not 12!
Only received 1x 1.3oz, not the 12x 1.3oz as described (twice) in listing. Not pleased at all.
