But what you really want to know from a review is how does it taste? Every time I try a new product such as this, especially in a protein bar format, I hope for that pure flavorful goodness and smooth rich flavor that you get from a traditional (fat-filled, high calorie, bad-for-you) candy bar such as from Hershey. But, of course, that is never the case but this product is better than most I've tried. Every bite I take of this bar tastes reasonably good, not like recycled/pre-chewed oddly flavored graham crackers. So bottom line: eat this for the health benefits and stick around for the "wow, this is better than most other protein bars I've tried" feeling.

I have tried mixed berry and salted caramel, berry is my favorite! The bars are soft and very filling, they are a part of my every day diet on keto!
