Very Slow...and no touchscreen
Quite easy to boot up, very stylish looking, but boy is it slow. Had to do a lot of app cleaning to get it to run half decent. It's ok if you're not in a hurry to do anything but if you're working to a deadline...you'll go crazyLOL. I think this is more to the Windows 10 operating system though.

Good but slow
Good little set up. But far to slow.after using it for a time I have found out it's not just slow it's useless and I don't need a fast computer but it's not even faster enough for me. So I now only give it 2 stars.

Slower than the PC I replaced
Don't waste your money on this product, it is hopelessly SLOW! takes forever to perform basic tasks.Both EXCEL & WORD take ages to open and you can go and make a cup of tea in the time it takes to connect to the web.Due to lack of processing power & minuscule RAM it has a tendency to lock up and get confused, the mouse curser often lags behind the mouse and the scroll bar freezes while the CPU goes away and thinks about it!Can't imagine why Lenovo decided to market this product - it is not fit for purpose, even as a home PC.Pity, I decided to purchase a Lenovo as I used them at work. The only good aspect is the clear display, though the processor has trouble refreshing it.

The computer is very very slow!
This computer is so very slow. It doesn't multi-task well because if you have more than one program open, then everything just drags. I even had it crash once because it just can't handle the workload, and I wasn't even doing anything taxing like playing games!As for return, you need to be aware that the seller doesn't pay for return postage. Unless, I think, it was damaged goods.Anyway just save yourself the trouble don't buy it!

Terribly slow, do not buy.
The look of the product is great but it is unbelievably slow to the point of almost being un workable. Even with nothing saved on it.

Damaged monitor.
Just one star due to monitor being damaged. Returns process is easy and convenient, with either collect from home or drop off at a local collection point. So will bump it up to two stars.

Waste of money.
Wish i had read the reviews before i purchased it,by feck its slow.I got my old one back up and running as it is way quicker than this,its put me right off Lenovo now.

Avoid at all costs
Do not buy. This PC is painfully slow and the fan is so loud it sounds like there is a train driving through the house. We regret this purchase.On the plus side, it looks nice and was delivered on time.
