This is a lovely oil that I bought to add to a pasta recipe I have recently found. It has a lovely flavour and I could really taste it both drizzled on top of the sauce and in the fried garlic to which I had added it. Will definitely buy from this company again when I have finished this first tin.

Exquisite product I use it in my pizza dough and also drizzle it on Asparagus ,Parma ham and poached eggs.. 10/10

This is a good oil but I prefer a stronger truffle flavour

Simply put it has a fantastic taste .Very small canTravel size 😃I would use as a flavouring ingredient , fantastic with mushrooms or eggs.Give it a try but remember it is a 100ml can so very small (see photos)

Easy to use and relatively inexpensive way of adding a special touch to any dish

I wish I had read the label. This is a joke: It is 99.7% olive oil and only 0.3% "flavouring". Mine had 14 months before use by date but there was only the merest hint of truffle flavour - hardly discernible. If you want truffle oil to use as 99% of people do - for adding that something special to sauces, etc when cooking - then it is useless. If you like pouring oil on lettuce then, after buying it, at least you do not need not throw it away. Mine went in the bin. Very disappointing.

Bonne huile avec une bonne odeur et le goût léger de la truffe. Mignonne petite bouteille. Mais un petit peu cher.

huile de bonne qualité pour les amateurs de truffe...à déguster avec des pates...des st jacques...pas la meilleure sur le marché

Dieses Öl mag weder "nativ" noch natürlich sein, aber es ist extrem lecker!
