This is exactly what I was looking for when I built my bearded dragon's new enclosure. Slate, for basking and it's big enough for her to spread out.For the price, the size and quality, this was a great purchase!!

Well, it is small. It’s about the size of a drink coaster. Ordered as a hot slate for a leopard gecko so it’s okay but will likely replace eventually with a larger one. It’s my fault for not reading the size better

I needed a slate for my gerbils to walk on and scratch on to trim their claws. This works great in their cage.

Thin and large enough for a full size beardy. Was a little wobbly but I removed the bottom pads and that helped.

Great for my dragon!

Just the right size for our baby tortoise. Use one for heat platform and the other for food plate.

I bought this basking slate for my bearded dragon and I washed and dried all the loose debris off thinking that it would be safe for her tank but my poor bearded dragon got slate stuck under scales twice the 1st was a small one so I washed it again and then a few days later she was in severe pain with yet another but bigger piece that was launched in her and it took a week and a half to get the other piece out of her....luky to say that she's finally healed and I just threw the slate away 😢

I purchased two, one for each of my tortoise enclosures. The top was perfect, but the one on the bottom was snapped into two pieces. Being that these are large, thin pieces of slate they should’ve had more packaging material to prevent breakage during transport. I’ve issued a refund for the broken one, but now one of my torts are without a nice new piece of slate until I can find another for him 🥲.
