I bought this to use with my Nintendo Switch. Setting it up was literally plug and play- no need to change settings or download drivers. The button configurations are a little difficult to memorize but the product comes with a thorough chart of all the key bindings and everything is pre-set to be intuitive to a PC game configuration. Button configurations cannot be changed in the general switch controller settings but you can change controls from in game menus. Build quality feels really good. I would recommend using a long (at least 6ft) long USB cable for connecting your keyboard if you choose to play wired as the built in cable on the device itself is somewhat short.

Don't buy for one the videos language in background is Chinese so can't read what it's saying. Me and my son tried to connect his switch to this all weekend long wouldn't work got it to work with my PS4 don't buy for switch it will not work.

It arrived on time and in good shape but it was a gift so I cannot answer any qu stions.
