I feel like there should be more mult-tools like this that are focused on personal care. The tools on the OUTU multi-tool function well enough and it's all put together in a nice little lightweight package. Awesome value for the money. The clippers work well! No other tools seem to have a cuticle trimmer (or "dead skin push" lol). An ear cleaner? Not many tools have that--a nice addition if I can't find a q-tip. And the light is perfect for rummaging around in your tent at night. For me this is a lightweight alternative that is far superior to nail clippers alone. Just because you're outdoors doesn't mean you can't be well-groomed right? :) A minor design issue... to get out some of the tools you need to open others first (e.g. to take out the scissors you'll need to open the knife first so you can get to it). Also: other reviewers complain about the flimsy keychain attachment--but I took mine off--I don't plan to use this in my keychain. IMO opinion this is a good little tool for the money. So I just looked and realized that I’ve had this little beauty for just under 3 years, and after all this time I have nothing but good things to say! As you can see from my photo, I like to have the absolute minimum amount of keys possible. My house has keypad deadlocks, my garage has a keypad, and all other lock keys are on a hook in the kitchen. I wanted something to pair with my car key fob that is functional, small, inexpensive but durable. This absolutely nails it! I do use it infrequently as I also carry a Swiss Army knife, but when I need to trim a chipped nail or cut a loose thread, this is always handy. It has held up very well with only superficial scratches and dings, and even the little light still works! I’m going to buy a couple more before they run out forever. I figure with 2 spares I’ll be covered with the perfect keychain for the next decade if not longer. I would absolutely recommend getting one!

Very well made multitool however it is sometimes difficult to choose which tool especially if you have shorter nails! Still a good size with nice variety!

I like that the tools on this thing are very useful, I've used them all many times. I hate that the lanyard on mine broke after a year of use. I'm ordering another one now. I have about 10 other tools similar to this one but this one is light enough that I can forget that it's on my keychain until I need it. It works well for me and I do recommend it.

Why is the light so small and useless. With all the gadgets on this device you would think the light would be more powerful and worth it

This tiny thing actually came with more features than advertised. I wasn’t expecting the LED light either. It seems extremely solid for its size and price point. Put this on your keychain and you will not regret it. Deduct half a star for not explaining how to replace the battery. UPDATE: replace that half-star. The instructions are taped to the inside of the lid.

Great quality product. Very functional. I bought this over the Swiss brand and very satisfied.

The compartment for the knife has the blade facing the other tools when fully extended. Normally fine. But each tool is spring loaded to be taken out. This thrusts your finger into the blade, requiring extra dexterity and caution every time you want to use the hang nail tool or scissors. On top of that, only the knife is easily accessible due to the design. There is no finger cutout on the reverse side, making grabbing any of the tools behind the knife difficult. The scissors themselves open automatically before being fully extended, and if you want them to remain shut, you must hold them shut by hand. Meaning you have one pair of open blades trying to launch you into another blade. If you only plan to use this in an environment were you can take precautions and have access to wash your hands in case of a slip up, these are passable. But if you plan to use them in places were sanitization isn't a guarantee, you'll be needing to use extra effort to use this tool predictably. I think if you can get the dexterity down to open each tool with a quick flick, then you'll be just fine. But given that it's hard to get a grip on the hang nail tool and scissors in an already tight compartment, I see this being a headache to use on a common basis. I really wanted to like this one! But it's not practical for me unfortunately.

It’s sturdy, the tools fell sturdy, even the scissors are pretty good, the knife did need sharpening though. It was like a butter knife, the tweezers feel very flimsy though, the ear tool feels good tho. The torch is decent. It is a little heavy, so if you have a few things on your keys it’s gonna make it heavier. Also I couldn’t figure out how to get the tweezers or ear tool out but when everything is closed they are at the nail clippers, they look like little notches or something and you pull them out.
