Not Enough Protection?
I'm not sure this "frost cloth" was heavy enough to protect my plants enough. I lost all but three of my wisteria blossoms and my Emperor I Japanese maple had some frost damage, as well. I used it to wrap the plants for protection. I think it would be fine for hoop tunnels, since the fabric would not actually touch the plant therefore, leaving an "air cushion" between the plant and the fabric. Of course, one of the two days that the plants had to be protected from, was an overnight snow of about an inch. So even though I went out in the morning and removed all snow from cloths and then removed the cloths as the temps rose (the cloths were then put back on the plants for the following evenings frost warning), it could be that the snow on the cloth, touching the plants in various areas, could be the real culprit in the damage.I did have frost cloths that were heavier that I used in one of my perennial gardens (that has mostly lilies in it) and had no issues with frost damage. I also had no trouble on two small Japanese maples or a Cherokee Brave dogwood, that was in bloom, where I had to use bed sheets to cover these trees, since I had no more frost cloths to use. This is as detailed and accurate description I can give, so I hope it is of some help.

Great protector of fragile perennials!
I was so excited with the plant covers and they arrived just in time for our first freeze. I didn't how large they were going to be! At first I was wondering how something so light could protect the plants? The sheet completely covered a large bed of cannas and a large bed of elephant ears. We got everything covered and anchored down with bricks the night before our freeze. The next morning I was excited to see how they had protected the fragile plants. I could not believe it! The plants were still beautiful and blooms on the cannas. I was so happy. We removed the covers and they store in a very small space. A very smart purchase!!!!

Provided Enough Warmth
Covered my tiny garden with these during the freak arctic freeze/snow storm we had in Texas back in February 2021. Photo of garden covered and about a week later after I removed the covers. Didn't lose very much. The bare spaces were there before the storm. Covers were light weight, easy to use and provided enough warmth for my plants.

Great value for your money
This is a great value for your money. I wrapped my tomato plants with this product to protect it from cooler nights we have in my area. The plants loved that little bit of extra protection and it was super easy to use.

This was inadequate for the big Texas freeze
I covered long beds of plant but the freeze in Houston destroyed all the plants underneath it. It just didn't provide enough warmth for the extended freeze we had.

It does what it claims to
I needed something to keep my more delicate plants warm, dry and protected from the frost. It's thin but it's waterproof and so far it's working perfectly. I didn't build anything. I just stapled the mesh to a long wooden stick and installed two 3 dollar hooks to hang the stick attached to mesh from. Then pinned the other end of the mesh to ground. I uncover them in the morning. Very happy.

Perfect cover for garden boxes.
I actually cut this up to make 4 plant box covers. I am in Arizona. This is to protect my garden boxes in the event of frost or extreme heat. I wall mounted them to be able to tent the boxes.

Good, but not reusable after one season
Very large, one piece. Due to high winds there are several tears already. Hopefully will last the rest of the winter but will not be reuseable.
