Best shorts ever for ladies with large thighs
Incredible fit. It's very hard to find shorts when you are pear shaped - meaning small waist, normal tush and large thighs. These shorts fit the waist, and have the perfect amount of elastic to accomodate my thighs. The material is also the perfect thickness to smooth over lumps and bumps, yet the shorts are body-fitting to actually showcase my shape instead of making me look like I'm trying to hide it. So very flattering, and perfect length too for the pear-shaped lady. Wish more designers would note that we don't want to hide our shapes in baggy clothing or overly long shorts. The 7 inch inseam these have is perfect - long enough not to ride up, but short enough to be current and stylish. I literally own 7 pairs in different colors and I wear the size 10. Normally my waist would be a size 10 and thighs are a size 14. But the Amanda size 10 from Gloria Vanderbilt looks like it was made for my body. Thank you GV!

I love this jean short
I'm petite and find shorts in general hang below my knees. These fit my mature figure perfectly. No gab in the back waste band. I only wear GV Amanda jeans and was leery of purchasing the shorts. But I will order more in more colors. It too forever to get them, they were out of stock for a month.

Big booty, big thighs? These are the shorts for you.
I'm 5'5" and 178 pounds. Hourglass/pear shaped. It barely has a waist gap and the way that the shorts are made, they don't fall down and they don't ride up. Size 12 fit nicely. Also, the jean is thick enough so we don't see through.

Good, longer short
I'm not a teenager any longer, so it's nice to have an option for a longer cut. True to size. My only issue is that they are a bit too thick if you want to roll the cuff up a bit.

Comfortable
I had a pair of this brand of shorts a few years ago and loved them. Comfortable and nice. They tend to run big in the white. I ordered same size in the Silverpointe and they were snug.

Not sewn properly in the legs, too baggy.

love them but need a smaller size
I don't know if I ordered wrong or lost more weight than I realized but I for sure need at least a whole size smaller. I loved them other than that good material and cute print and good cut.

Very cute & soft I should’ve of gotten a size down. the leg area is a bit big.
