I am not a doctor and this is not medical advice!! I have treatment resistant depression and a friend of mine - who happens to be a doctor - told me to try this supplement as a booster to my prescribed antidepressant treatment. I am about half way through this bottle and believe I have noticed a difference in my mood and energy levels already! Apparently, this doesn’t work for everyone but it does for people who may not appropriately convert folate bc these methylated forms of folate (and the smorgasbord of B vitamins) are able to bypass the metabolic conversion. Here’s how it might help depression: all of the Bs in it support sustained energy levels, all in one capsule. (Incidentally, Bs are used for a whole bunch of other things too, including cardiovascular neurological health.) If you already take B vitamins but are looking for a really high quality product, you might want to try this one! The other possible way it can help depression is because it helps “methylate” dopamine and epinephrine. Your neurotransmitters will be poppin’ and firing like you just might feel the brain fog lift! I have not had an upset stomach or any other negative side effects from this supplement. Easy to swallow. About the size of an AirPod stem (see photo for reference). I was a little overwhelmed with the price but the ingredients are effective and it appears the manufacturer has a good reputation. Please do your own research & talk to your own doctor before trying.

Very good supplement Of Vitamin Bs

Methyl Protect is an excellent product! I have been taking it, with my doctor’s medical advice, for 10 months now. The Methyl Protect formula supports optimal methylation and helps maintain healthy homocysteine levels already within normal range. My gut issues have improved, and I feel better!
