Better than Expected
Overall, the bag is better than I expected. After reading some of the reviews, I was hesitant, but I ordered it anyway, thinking I could always return it if it was not very good. It arrived well-packaged and exactly as described. The bag is spacious, the hardware is solid, and the stitching and leather are pristine. The only thing I do not like about it, and this is really not that big of a deal, is that the shoulder strap is not leather. If you wanted to be picky, that could be an issue, but for the price, it is a good, solid bag that should last a while if you take care of it. (I did treat the leather once it arrived and will probably do it again every few months).

This is perfect for my husband’s needs
Side hinges allow the bag to be opened completely to display contents. Leather is top quality. Little brass feet on the bottom prevent wear. Style is perfect for professionals. Handle is reinforced to protect surface. Small enough for travel, but large enough to hold what is needed—functions perfectly.

DO NOT PURCHASE- not made well
I purchased this in 2022 for over $200. The briefcase itself is BEAUTIFUL. However, the latch/lock doesn't work any longer. I tried to fix this myself, but it isn't working. I hope the seller reads this and gets in touch with me because I need another ASAP. Hopefully they will help! I will keep you posted...... UPDATE: I had communications with this company after my review. They offered 10% off for a new briefcase. I asked for 20%. They said no. Then offered to send me a replacement part after I sent them images and wanted to charge me $70 for shipping! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! If you spend this amount of money on a briefcase you should expect it to last more than 2 years!!!!

I bought this black leather briefcase for my husband. He likes it. It is a professional large leather briefcase for men. It can hold 15.6 inch laptop and A4 files for business work and meeting, ect. It is easy to carry.

Easy on the hand
Very nice Case. I have gotten many compliments on. It could hold a little bit more but it’s more than adequate places for pens and a zipper compartment so nothing falls out.

Full priced replacement
Yes this replacement works (for the time being), but not being able to pay the same discounted price for the broken one that arrived makes me feel like the company tried to swindle me.

Smart, stylish but flawed design
Was good but pin fell out from handle after 3 months of use. Lovely case but not designed for daily use i guess. The handle retaining pins must be secured in place not screwed as they work their way out.
