Actually work better than I thought they would
I didn’t hold out much hope for my heel bunions (Haglands) but these actually work! I can spend a day in town wearing hard backed shoes without wanting to step in front of the train home

Heel support
Suffering with heel pain, needed something to cushion my heels whilst walking at work, being on my feet all day. Initially they felt as though they would be good, but after using them constantly for about 5 weeks now, I’ve had to change them, cushioning has somewhat decreased so becoming uncomfortable 😣

Need a high heel collar for these
These do a good job of keeping your heel from moving side to side in a shoe, but they sit so high in the heel that your heel feels like it's slipping out the back of the shoe and causes the back edge of the heel collar to dig into your heel.

A spring in my step
Got these to help with my aching foot - turns out it's tendonitis. Not medically trained so all I can say is that they work for me as part of my healthcare for my foot. Looking around I found too many options and was a little blinded by the science but took a chance on these and not regretted it. If you go for them then I hope they help you too.
