Fell apart after half-a-dozen uses
It worked great until it started to come apart. The grater plate started to come off the handle after half-a-dozen uses. I was able to use it a couple times by holding the plate in place, but at this point, I've given up on it. Into the trash it goes.

Very sharp
It is sturdy and very sharp! Only downside, it is almost too sharp. Lemons and limes get caught too easily.

Bring me your Ginger, your garlic, ,your chocolate!
Looks and functions as promised! Love that it has the protector because it is super sharp, be careful! Have only used on knobs of frozen ginger (yes freeze in baggies) for Asian dishes and it works beautifully! Recently saw a chef on food network use it on garlic bulbs so will try that, and of course a chunk of chocolate would bow down to the razor sharp surface!

Comparable to the more expensive gadgets.
This product is mainly used for grating various foodstuffs i.e. garlic, zesting citrus, and cheese. Sharp enough to get the job done. A nice firm handle ensures a safe grip. Overall a useful, multi-use product.
