These are so incredibly helpful to have if you have someone that is unsteady on their feet or has a hard time getting up from a seated position. They keep you and your back safe as well as whoever you are trying to help get up or walk. They are incredibly easy to put on and take off and we'll worth the couple bucks they cost. They saved us more than once when in a jam and my grandpa fell on the floor. They were also great when I was helping him get in and out of the car and go up and down steps after he broke his hip. I keep one in the car at all times, just in case.

I've been using a regular gait belt on my disabled adult daughter since she was a young girl. I purchased this one with the loop handles hoping it would give better support & security. Let me say it is a godsend!!! I immediately felt in better control when walking her & am very impressed with this gait belt all because of the loop handles. I wish I'd had this style for all these years. It gives the support & security I was wanting. I recently injured my right groin muscle so it's been a worry when walking my daughter that I not reinjure myself. This belt gives me the stability that I need.

I bought the black gait belt with handles to use with my mom... I am a nurse and have used the regular gait belts before and having the handles definitely help, especially since she is a bigger woman. If you are looking for gait belt I would recommend getting one with handles if at all possible.

The loops are a hindrance when the patient is merely being lifted from a bed chair. My wife got to be in that state but the belt may become more useful when she recovers more walking/standing capabilities. Buckle is STRONG and grips the belt securely.

Very useful, the price is cheap but it really works the same as the leading brands.. I will order this again and I will recommend it to my friends...

A useful product.The photos left me a little apprehensive pre-purchase, but the belt is well-designed and made.The material is heavy enough to work well and the stitching is robust.
