Great product, I like the taste, texture, and versatility for use in meals. I am an older type 2 diabetic and can use with out blood glucose issues. Appreciate that it provides a source of plant-based protein as I am reducing meat consumption.

This brand tastes more like corn grits than the previous brand I ordered. The main thing I was missing on the Keto plan was grits and finally found a good substitute.

Lovely cereal-like substitute for oatmeal or Cream of Wheat, or . . . as someone here commented, grits. A couple slices of tinned organic peaches in juice, and a splash of unsweetened cashew milk - yum! At $15 each for 2 lbs, I purchased 3 for the free shipping - good investment! This is my 2nd order of 3 2-lb bags . . .
