I’ve been using this Zinq Router UPS since 2021, and it has served me exceptionally well during the power outages. It used to provide more than 5 hours of backup initially and even after nearly 5 years of continuous use, it still provides around 1 hour of backup. It’s compact, easy to set up, and very convenient to use, and It also handles the charge-discharge cycle very well without getting excessively hot, even during prolonged use. It’s a VFM product and has become one of the most important and reliable components of my WFH setup. For the price, the reliability and longevity have been genuinely impressive. Highly recommended if this is still available!

Worked well enough while it could , after 3 years thought it now can not hold a charge and doesn’t work.

I bought this product to use with my nokia fiber router, and I am very satisfied with its performance. It is easy to install, just plug and play, and it provides seamless switching between power sources. It gives me up to 4 hours of backup during power cuts, which is very helpful for my home from getting internet outage. The product is also compact and durable, and it is made in India. The only drawback is that it takes a long time to charge, but that is not a big issue for me. Overall, I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a reliable backup for their router.

I bought Zinq Tech 12 UPS backup for my ASUS router using 12V 2a power supply. The product is easy to install and the connectors and cable length is very thoughtful. The UPS is rated for 12V upto 2a supply. I have seen reviews where there was no clarity if this can work with 9v routers. The answer is NO. This will work only with 12V input and output. My router does not have amatching adapter as it is rated with different amperage. But that did not cause any issue. First impression is good. Will have to see how much backup it gives. Additional points to share, delivery was faster than committed date, ans i saw some tampering on the external packing. The bar code stickers were torn and the box was closed with a cellophane tape.. Unusual to see. However no sign of wear or usage on the device and it did turn on so I am not returning it.

Been using this for a month now and so far very much satisfied with the product. It offers uninterrupted power supply to the connected router. Absolutely no switching delay if the buttons on the ups is in the on position. Regarding the backup I'm getting more than what they say, of 4 hrs. I get 6+ hrs of backup on my 12V 1Amp router. Rating 4 starts only because it's just one month experience.

This is an amazing UPS by an amazing company! Not only was the delivery on time by Amazon, but the company went above and beyond to make the customer service impeccable. I had purchased this router last month because of frequent power cuts and voltage fluctuations that were causing wifi disruptions at home. I have a 12V DIR-615 D-Link router, but its output pin was not fitting the router input pin. Though there were four connectors sent complimentary with the packed product, none of the input connectors were small enough for the DLink router pin. I called Zinq Customer Service number directly and was attended to immediately. I had just called to ask for help/advice on what kind of adaptor I should purchase- since Amazon now has only an exchange policy on electronics. The person attending to my call assured me that they would ship an adaptor compatible with their router free of cost to my address. Some days later, the adaptor came and of course, it fits. In the days of BOTs and horrible customer service everywhere, it made me quite happy to see that customer satisfaction matters somewhere at least. :) The router is working perfectly. It has great backup and initially, when I didn't have an adaptor and was using the backup adaptor of my TV set top box, I used to disconnect the UPS when my work was over. There was absolutely no battery drainage even after 15 days of no usage. I'm always buying from Zinq.

I bought this during the Covid wave of 2020 when we all were working from home. Worked perfectly for 2 years where it gave battery backup of around 3-4 hours in case of power outage. The battery degradation was severe after that and the backup fell to 1hour, then 30 mins and finally 5 mins before it became pretty useless, all within an year. I had some extra 18650 Lion batteries handy and decided to swap them to improve the backup. That's where the problem began. The entire structure is very difficult to open and requires a lot of prying on the sides. Even when it opened, it was impossible to just swap batteries as the entire battery pack was soldered, glued and taped to the PCB and bms unit. It was as if they wanted to make it impossible just to swap batteries. The wires are tiny and very easy to break on the inside. And that's the reason for the 3 stars. If you are someone who is looking to keep using it forever by swapping batteries, look somewhere else. Another reason for the 3 stars is the fact that I didn't get an input connector from wifi to ups and had to buy it separately. It was 3 years ago and it's possible that they have started giving the right connectors as part of the package now.

This UPS did not serve its main purpose. Whenever the power goes off, the modem switches off immediately and reboots, which causes 2–3 minutes of internet loss every time. The switching is not seamless at all, and the voltage drops for a moment before the battery takes over. Because of this, the modem keeps restarting. Backup may be fine, but continuous power is not. Not recommended for fiber modems that need uninterrupted power.
