These gummies taste much better than drinking apple cider vinegar, and they're easy to include in a daily routine. The natural apple flavour is pleasant, and I had no issues taking them consistently. The reason for the 3-star rating is that I honestly couldn't tell whether they made much of a difference. I finished the tub, but I didn't notice any clear changes that I could confidently attribute to the gummies. Overall, they're a convenient alternative to liquid apple cider vinegar and taste good, but I can't really say they had a noticeable effect for me. I’ve been using these since June, and I can honestly say I think they’ve helped my bloating! Usually I bloat after pasta, bread, potatoes (the good stuff 😂) but I’ve hardly shown my husband my ‘food baby’ at all during the past couple of months. Nothing else has changed in my diet, so I can only put it down to these working! As for the taste, to begin with they’re a bit odd, but you quickly get used to taking them.
