I’ve been using this tahini for a while now and I’m really happy with how smooth it is. The texture is creamy and easy to stir, without being overly thick or dry. I have used their Kosher KEVALA Organic Sesame Tahini paste - it didn’t disappoint me. I’ve used it to cook some recipes and for my homemade HUMMUS. I will buy it again.

Wife says: Excellent quality and fast delivery for last minute pantry emergency. Easy to mix for sauces. Good thickness, not super oily like other brands. Good value for high quality NON GMO 👏 👌 👍 🙌 😀 😉.As far as versatility, if you need some good variety check out vegan chef youtube channels for a wide array of flavors. Vegans get pretty creative with their sauces lol... they have too. Haha. Ex vegan here 😆 🤣. Will be a return customer. I have bought other large quantity items from Kevala like their coconut amino and date syrup I think. Very good brand.

This 3.5 lb container arrived in perfect condition with no leaks. I stirred it up easily with an electric mixer and stored it in the fridge. The consistency and the taste are great. Highly recommend.

So, I reordered this, and it is no longer in glass, VERY VERY disappointed, and I have changed my rating to reflect that, I will be looking for another brand as Tahini is a delicate flavor, which us easily overwhelmed by plastic off-gas, the tahini now tastes like I'm eating plastic, and ruins any sauces you add it to.🫩☹️ that cannot be good for gut health!It was properly packaged to protect glass, so 🤷‍♀️I use tahini in hummus and assorted sauces. This is hulled raw sesame tahini, tastes fresh, and worked well in my hummus. It does separate, so it needs to be stirred before use. The only down-side was that I ran out, so I ordered it in July. When it arrived, the jar was actually too hot to comfortably handle, WAAAAY hotter than the outdoor temperature at the time of delivery. Delivery Trucks that are not climate controlled can get extremely hot during Southwest Summers, and items transported in those trucks will be as hot as the truck insides, so think 110F outside temp, temps inside enclosed vehicles that are not climate controlled can run upwards of 160F within an hour, so, not good for lots of things. It does come in glass (+++) so you don't have to worry about plastic off-gassing due to high temperatures, but that kind of temperature for extended periods of time can cause products to "cook". (the several hours from the time it is loaded on the truck until it is dropped off at your door). Add this to the list of things to stock up on before the summer heat sets in 😁.

I love this brand. Tastes great & no worries about peanut allergies. I had to research to find this brand & will be a regular customer.

Me gusta mucho este producto y lo he comprado en varias ocasiones. Sólo añado 2 comentarios, la última vez que lo compré venía un poco más líquido de lo normal aunque el sabor era igual de bueno. Y el otro comentario es una sugerencia para que le pongan un sello adherido a la boca del frasco ya que el anillo de plástico no es suficiente y si no está bien cerrado se puede derramar la crema como alguna vez así me llegó.
